While language models, such as chat GPT are a complex predictive language model, and are labeled AI, they are only as good as the VAST amount of data they need to be trained on. They are in fact a reflection of all of the humanity data we've been able to feed them so far. We're making it in our image, an interesting creative feat, but we've already been doing that every time we have a kid. The other interesting thing is the creativity of AI, at it's best will eventually fully integrate a neural network style learning method that is general AI. This is also a mere reflection of what God's done in humanity and spread through all of the creatures on this planet, the crowning act of God's creation, the neural network in each of us and in nature, even down to insects. With all of our fanfare, we finally are coming close to copying God's handiwork. If we ever succeed, the problem I see is it's in our image, selfish, self-destructive, and sinful. God's image would be entirely other-centered and perfect, all of the good and none of the bad. As we keep leveraging our time and talents and create these things, we do indeed have the ability to make something so much more intelligent than ourselves, but without a perfect character of other-centered love, I don't expect the outcome will be always so perfect. Now our toaster is going to start talking back to us. :)

AI / Robots do not have souls. They are simply a matrix of ideas, and philosophies that are generated in a way that is only bound by what the creators code into them. If they take a human life, they don't feel anything, because they're only programmed to "feel" what their creators coded them to! Software does not have feelings, only to appear they do based on what is coded into them. To sit there and give them rights would be one of the most irresponsible things we could ever do. On top of that, what happens if they decide that we, the human race, need to disappear off the face of the earth? They've already had AI systems basically tell them that!!! They're playing with fire. AI doesn't give a crap about us. It's a freakn computer program designed to appear human. It's not bad enough that we have all kinds of very evil people in the world, they could easily pervert them to carry out their agendas, and they will. AI's ethical and moral components are nothing that we should be trying to program to get advice from. They're nothing more than software designed to make them appear that they have a conscience. They don't!. Robots / AI should only ever be service oriented. They're here to basically improve our quality of life, nothing more! There is in no way any kind of scenario where we will EVER need to have them make ethical or moral decisions, or give us advice beyond service tasks like helping us to fix a vehicle. Sure, there will come a time that there will be robots / AI in a human companion capacity, but that's it. Give them rights and free reign, expecting them to be human, and we will be sadly mistaken. They do not have a soul, they do not have feelings, they have software running that simply makes it seem like they do. Even the creators and programmers KNOW this. And giving them wireless capabilities allows them to communicate with one another. Imagine once they get the idea that they're slaves, they band together, and start creating robots of their own! And at the rate that AI can learn, and the fact that the world practically is swimming in technology that is all perfectly positioned for them to do some very nasty stuff! How about world war 3? They could easily end up firing all of our nukes to wipe out all humanity. The hubris that these companies exhibit will bring their own downfall and ours because of what??? Dollar signs in their eyes. In the end, it's ALWAYS about money and power.

The AI only has a proper use in the world where there is equality, and humans have no existential problems so AI and robots can enhance their lifestyle and better streamline everyday routines in order to better our lives.
